Production

PT. Gani Arta Dwitunggal is supported by sophisticated knitting machines mainly from China, Japan, and Germany. All process (yarn preparation, design, knitting, dyeing, finishing, inspecting and packaging) are an integrated handling.

PT. Gani Arta Dwitunggal are well equipped with good waste disposal system, to neutralize the chemicals from dyeing process, so it does not pollute the environment.

For agricultural netting purposes, PT. Gani Arta Dwitunggal also produced it's own netting materials, to further control the quality of the agricultural net (AgroNet) itself. Furthermore, PT. Gani Arta Dwitunggal also heatset the AgroNet for maximum stability of the structure, thus improving the lifespan of AgroNet products.
